GT Art carry out servicing and maintenance in their workshops based near Brighton. There is a team of highly trained and dedicated technicians with all the tools and advanced equipment necessary to ensure your car receives the utmost care and attention required for safe driving in all conditions.

Ther servicing and maintenance can be anything from a standard oil change to high performance mapping and tuning, but whichever it is you can be assured of a top quality service.
 
Engine rebuilds are a specialist field which requires extensive knowledge of all the necessary components required for total reliability in engines which are capable of producing the power and excitment of track days and drag events. GT Art carry out standard engine rebuilds where required, as well as engine conversions to up rated components depending on the power output requested. Our most popular conversions are the Stage 2 and Stage 3 conversions producing 500 Bhp and 650 Bhp respectively, but have produced engines capable of a staggering 1000 Bhp.
 

GT Art have a fully operational chassis dynamometer which is the first of its kind in the UK - offering all of the benefits of an All Wheel Drive dynamometer in a large roller configuration which features a low inertia design - allowing for precision tuning on light weight 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicles and accurate testing for cars with modified chassis charecteristics. GT Art imported this piece of equipment to simulate dry road conditions, the dynamometer applies a real-world load to the engine and drivetrain assemblies. Load synchronization eliminates the occurance of abnormal strain on differentials. Our dyno gives real time diagnostics and tuning ability allowing us to simulate all driving conditions and diagnose all engine faults plus test fuel emisions from rich to lean running. This will ensure you car provides the optimum performance throughout the fuel spectrum of its capabilities giving trouble free and much more enjoyable motoring.

GT Art can test and tune all makes of 2WD and 4WD cars and will supply and map new and where possible, existing ECU's.

If you just require a power run, this consists of 3 runs on the rolling road, diagnostic sheet and reccomendations if any are required. This is all for a fixed fee but if you require modifications and tuning of the vehicle, this will incur an hourly rate.
 
 
 
 

Water Injection System

GT Art supply and fit the latest in water injection systems. The main function of water injection is to suppress detonation caused by high temperature and pressure developed within the combustion chamber when the effectiuve compression ratio has been taken beyond the auto ignition point of the fuel, by either a turbo or supercharger. Water is six times more powerful than petrol absorbing unwanted heat in the combustion chamber, so with water injection you can replace fuel dumping with water and prolong your engines life, as well as enjoying the power gains from running with a leaner air/fuel ratio.

GT Art Gear Kits

The HKS F-CON V Pro is a fully featured standalone engine management system that connects as easily as a "piggy-back" fuel and timing controller.

As modifications to a vehicle are made, the need for fuel and timing adjustments becomes critical for performance and safety. The F-CON V Pro with its 32x32 resolution for both fuel and timing maps is the optimal solution. The F-CON V Pro can control up to eight injectors and D Jetro or L Jetro setups. --- Injectors can be set to fire as batch, sequentially or staged. The F-CON V Pro can also read drive by wire vehicles.

We currently run the 5 speed Dog Gear Kit in our GT ART Drag car, also the 6 speed Dog Gear Kit in Project GT ART both running close to 1000BHP.
